About

The short version.

I'm Allison. Originally from Prague, now based in London. I've been building things since I was 14 — hardware, software, companies, communities. The medium changes but the instinct doesn't: find a problem, build something, break it, make it work.

Right now I'm building DefRM — rethinking how defence organisations manage resources. Before that it was Marble Aerospace (hardware-adjacent simulation tools), Fair (fintech), and the Quan2m podcast (42 episodes of long-form conversations with builders).

I studied Physics at Cardiff University, went through Entrepreneur First (W23), was part of On Deck and Gen Z Mafia. Each community taught me something different about how ambitious people find each other and build together.

The through-line across everything is building. I don't pick one domain and stay there — I go where the interesting problems are. Defence, aerospace, fintech, content. The common thread is taking something that doesn't exist yet and making it real.

If you want the longer version, the timeline has everything laid out chronologically. It's probably more honest than anything I'd write in paragraph form.
